What all is included in the packages?

5 hours planning with our in-house Professional Bridal Consultant registered with the Association of Bridal Consultants, wedding director for your rehearsal, ceremony and reception, 2 hours for the bridal party to dress before the ceremony and to take pictures, 1 hour ceremony, 4 hours reception time in our beautiful reception room with crystal chandeliers, marble fireplaces, custom hardwood floors, rustic groom's cabin,customized menu with our culinary specialist prepared on-site in our pristine kitchen using only the freshest ingredients and family recipes, custom designed wedding cake with cake cutting service for guests, parking attendant for guests.


How many hours are included in a wedding package?


Your wedding package includes five hours. This time will include the ceremony and the reception.

How long before the event can we have access to the room so that we may prepare it?

You and your bridal party may arrive up to two hours before the ceremony to prepare an personal set up, begin getting reading and using the property for photography.

Do you provide a written contract and guarantee?

Yes

Is a deposit required? If so, how much?

We do require a non-refundable deposit of $1500.00 which is subtracted from your total contract

When is the deposit due to reserve the room?

We will reserve your date for your event once we have received the deposit. We accept Visa, MasterCard,American Express, Discover, PayPal  and Personal Check.

When is the final headcount due?

Your final headcount will be due 3 weeks before your event.

May I make partial payments?

We strive to be flexible with our brides and will work with any budget.

When is the final payment due?

All payments must be received three weeks prior to your event.

Is there a service charge included in the price?

Service Charge and Sales Tax will be added to all applicable items

What percentage are the taxes?

Lumpkin County is 7% sales tax

Is there an additional fee for security or cleaning?

No

Is overtime use allowed, and, if so, what is the rate per additional hour?

You may reserve additional time with your Events Manager.

If your event goes over the contracted time, you will be billed an additional $450.00 for each additional hour.

Is there a certain day of the week or time of the year where the price is discounted?

We offer discounts for weddings Nov 15-April 15.  The discount is applied to the package price. Any additional services added the discount will not apply.  Discount is not given on Bar rental and/or bartender.
