Last week while I was being interviewed by a potential client to host her wedding, she asked me a most intriguing question.  In all my years of wedding planning, I have never been asked this question.  The question asked was, “Does the same person that prepares the meal at the tasting the same person that prepares the food for the wedding?”  Excellent question.  Until a couple of years ago, I would  have never even imagine any business that would hire out someone to prepare food for the tasting that is different from that of the wedding.  But as sad as...
